Native American Advancement Corporation (NAAC) is soliciting sealed Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) from qualified firms to establish a Qualified Contractor Pool for Lead Remediation/Mitigation (EPA RRP) and NJ Certified Lead Abatement services under the NJ Department of Community Affairs (NJ DCA) Lead Assistance Program grants. Work will be performed in Atlantic and Cape May Counties, New Jersey, for eligible 1–10 family owner-occupied and rental units.
This RFQ package includes the scope of services, minimum qualifications, required submission documents, contractor forms, cost guidelines, and NAAC’s Round Robin assignment process (including the cost guideline reconciliation and exception path). Contractors must review all requirements carefully before submitting.
Submission Deadline: RFQ responses must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026.
Submission Method: Mail or in-person delivery only (email submissions are not permitted).
RFQ Opening (Bid Opening Conference): July 1, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at 17 E. Commerce St., 1st Floor, Bridgeton, NJ 08302 (virtual attendance available upon request).
NAAC encourages participation from Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) and all qualified contractors. NAAC reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to waive minor irregularities as permitted.
